Do you want to look like a pit-master and impress your friends and family? Let us do the heavy lifting! We'll make sure you have low and slow BBQ ribs on your table in under 30 minutes!

With our Mabels BBQ Kit, you get three slabs of Mabel's smoked ribs (which USA Today called "Americas Best!"), Bertman Mustard "Cleveland" BBQ sauce (the sauce that set us apart), tomato coffee BBQ sauce, and Cleveland Kraut (which in Michael's opinion, is the best sauerkraut on the planet)!

On top of all this, you will receive a special video link where Michael will not only show you the easiest ways to reheat and finish your ribs, but will also give you some fun BBQ tips for all the aspiring pit-masters out there.

 Your purchase includes:

  • 3 Slabs of Mabel's Award-Winning Apple-Smoked Ribs (*typically feeds 6 people)
  • 8 oz. of Mustard "Cleveland" BBQ Sauce
  • 8 oz. of Tomato Coffee BBQ Sauce
  • 1 Bag of Cleveland Kraut

STORAGE:

  • When you receive your order, you should immediately refrigerate all meat and sauce.
  • We recommend that you eat all meat products within 3 days of pickup.
  • Meat is ok to freeze just wrap individually first
  • For best quality, use products within 3 days of receiving.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

OVEN OPTION:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Unwrap ribs and place ribs on a sheet tray.
  • Heat for 15-20 minutes or until ribs reach 155 degrees.
  • Remove ribs from oven and brush with favorite sauce.
  • Cut the ribs between bones and serve with sauerkraut, additional sauce and your favorite sides.

GRILL OPTION:

  • Preheat half of gas or charcoal grill to medium high heat and leave other side off.
  • Unwrap ribs and place on hot side of grill meat side down for 1 minute.
  • Flip ribs and move to cool side of grill and place lid down for an additional 5-7 minutes or until ribs reach 155 degrees.
  • Open lid and brush with favorite BBQ sauce.
  • Cut ribs between bones and serve with sauerkraut, additional sauce and your favorite sides.

STORAGE

  • Once meat is opened, it should be consumed within 24 hours.
  • Meat is ok to freeze.
  • For best quality, use products within 5 days of receiving.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

BURGER:

Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper on top and bottom of each patty, place onto hot skillet, pan or grill (medium high heat), flip once when bottom is caramelized (about 3-4 minutes) and add cheese. Place lid on pan or close grill to completely melt cheese and cook burger to desired doneness. Remove from grill to let rest. While resting toast buns.

BUNS:

Brush insides with mayo. Place mayo side down on griddle to toast until golden brown, about 1 minute.

TO ASSEMBLE:

Spoon Lola ketchup onto top bun, Duke's mayo onto bottom bun, and top with burger and toppings.
